Hedgpeth Saddlery was
purchased on May 7th 2009

We are continuing the
craft of saddle making just as David and Kathy did.
Hedgpeth Saddlery opened in 2003. After David and Kathie purchased the business from Clarence D. Anderson, designer and original maker of the easyride saddle was ready to retire.
The Hedgpeths’ start in the saddle business is a natural extension of who they are as individuals.
They trail ride and have rode easyride saddles for several years.
An agreement was reach between Anderson and David and Kathie. Subsequently, David spent several months working side by side with Anderson learning the art of handcrafting the easyride saddles, which are well know for their comfort across the nation.
Thank-you letters attesting to the Hedgpeth made saddles’ quality and comfort are already filling a notebook at the shop, and the couple is proud that folks who have given up riding because of aches and pains, are back in the saddle and loving it.
